RETURN & EXCHANGE
PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOU CAN PROCEED WITH YOUR REQUEST AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE
Because many of our items are limited edition, we ask that you send your items back to us within one week (7 days) from receiving shipment.
Only items in new, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to address your request and include a reason for return.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with making a return or exchange.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any sale items.
All personalized/custom orders are FINAL SALE.
